To enhance the sense of belonging and recognition of the new generation employees towards the company and to develop harmonious labor relations, a special training on "Management of 90s and 00s Employees" was conducted on December 17.

  

 

  During the training, the main lecturer combined personal experience and relevant classic cases, covering four aspects—Concept Awareness: The Way of Discovery, Effective Management: The Way of Integration, Professional Mindset: The Way of Growth, and Outstanding Coaching: The Way of Transformation. The training deeply analyzed the psychological needs, psychological characteristics, and personalities of the new generation employees born in the 90s and 00s, and introduced four types of motivation models.

  Through this training, the company gained certain guidance on implementing differentiated management and training for the new generation employees born in the 90s and 00s. By reasonably guiding the daily life and work of the new generation employees and effective communication, it provided useful methods and ideas to transform difficult-to-manage, resistant, and uncooperative new generation employees into recognized, cooperative, and efficient new staff.
