On November 5th, our company organized a team-building activity themed "Happiness Comes from Struggle," aiming to further strengthen team cohesion and enhance team collaboration.
On the training ground, we forgot our positions, forgot gender, forgot age, and set everything aside to fully immerse ourselves in the expansion training. Everyone took synchronized steps in "Moving Forward Together"; experienced mutual command and cooperation in the "Snake" competition; felt communication and execution in "Relay Station Letter Passing"; and experienced team collaboration and win-win in the "Tower of Babel," achieving common goals. Everyone was full of fighting spirit and passion, fully applying their analytical ability, judgment, decision-making, overall awareness, and team spirit in the projects, overcoming one challenge after another, realizing self-transcendence for the honor of the team.
For a team to develop and grow strong, only by closely uniting as a whole can it be invincible and conquer all. Through this team-building, we will continue to work hard with greater enthusiasm to explore broader horizons and carry out our shared cause better.
