During the lecture, Teacher Xiao mainly covered four aspects: 1. What is management, 2. What is a manager, 3. What excellent managers should do, and 4. How to become an excellent manager. He also outlined the origins and development of management science, interacted with the trainees by asking questions, and explained some seemingly ambiguous management concepts in a vivid and interesting way, making the participants deeply understand and absorb the content, achieving very good learning results.




He explained in a clear and accessible manner the importance of middle managers and the comprehensive qualities they should possess. The content was rich and the theme clear, broadening the management thinking of the trainees, enhancing their core management skills, and playing a positive guiding role in their future work.
