In order to further enhance communication and interaction among employees, improve team spirit and team awareness, leverage the positive role of young employees at work, and demonstrate the company's care for its staff, on July 23, our company organized a team-building activity themed "Journey into Jianfeng Expansion."

  In the morning, we organized a visit and study session at Jianfeng Training City, Lean Six Dojos (TPS Dojo, IE Engineer Dojo, Lean Value Stream Improvement Dojo, Lean Logistics Operations Dojo, Equipment Autonomous Maintenance Skills Dojo, Lean Automation Dojo) to understand how Jianfeng cultivates lean teams and practical hands-on abilities.

  Dryland curling is a Winter Olympics event. As a new type of sports team-building project, curling requires partners to continuously calculate and practice, which can broaden thinking, exercise the body, and gain knowledge and joy, extending into work and life; moreover, the dryland curling theme does not test physical strength but focuses more on team cooperation and the use of strategy and tactics.

  During the competition, the team must communicate and cooperate fully, utilize each member's strengths, explore the tactics best suited for their team, and ultimately win the game. Each team carefully advances step by step in the ever-changing arena, keeping an overall view; to achieve better results, teams adopt strategies to strive for positions closer to the center, with every round full of infinite possibilities. Team members personally practice, follow patterns, and freely enjoy the fun of competing in pot-throwing wisdom.

 

 

  This activity can bring enterprises more experiences of aspiration, freedom, openness, and happiness; through sharing hardships and striving for victory with employees, it cultivates leadership spirit, enhances leadership charm, and in the competition, re-discovers and evaluates employees' abilities and strengths, employing talent based solely on merit.
