On May 2nd, company employees used the May Day holiday break to carry out 6S management in the company's production area, namely Sort (SEIRI), Set in order (SEITON), Shine (SEISO), Standardize (SEIKETSU), Sustain (SHITSUKE), and Safety (SECURITY). Everyone worked together, united as one, demonstrating team collaboration.

Everyone cooperated and united, demonstrating team collaboration.
This activity clearly distinguished various job positions and functional areas, eliminating hidden dangers caused by disorderly stacking of goods and blocked passages, making the enterprise more orderly and the production space safer, drawing a "protection line" for safety and life for the company and employees.
After the activity, company management conducted special training on management skills and execution improvement. This training aimed to further strengthen the management's understanding of enterprise management, improve management efficiency and execution, reinforce the team foundation, and cultivate new forces for the company's development and growth.
During the meeting, topics included what execution and execution power are, cohesion, analysis of reasons for inadequate corporate execution, and enhancing team cooperation awareness.
