At the meeting, the HR manager gave a detailed explanation about the company's organizational structure, 2022 welfare system, 2021 salary situation, and training, helping new employees better understand our corporate culture and spirit, and integrate more quickly into the new work environment. Then, the production supervisor focused on explaining the automated equipment—covering safety production and operating procedures.
