The activity was divided into two sessions, morning and afternoon. After a simple warm-up and ice-breaking, employees were divided into three teams: "Xiao Qiang First Team," "Dream Team," and "Dedication Team" to compete in the "Team Link-Up" expansion project. During the activity, all employees faced challenges, united as one, were full of fighting spirit, cooperated tacitly, and understood the importance of teamwork through the game process.
Music is the universal language of the world. Drumming can effectively break the silence, allowing team members to start communicating, listening to each other, and creating together.
Chiefs, feather headdresses, painted costumes, face paint... completing the look of a primitive tribe. Whether chief, chief's wife, drum god, or tribe member, everyone will showcase their style, carefully crafting an African tribe. The atmosphere was very strong. Following every beat of the coach, practicing seriously, from the initial basic techniques to gradually coordinating as a team, being able to play the African drum with neat beats and rhythm was a very interesting process. In the final group PK, every member of the team cooperated tacitly, playing the most stunning and moving magnificent movement with "one heart." The neat drumbeats also brought a great sense of growth.
A cheerful dance kicked off the bonfire party. Everyone held hands happily around the blazing bonfire and danced, pushing the party to its climax. During the game session, everyone actively participated. Laughter, applause, and cheers merged into a sea of joy. Everyone fully released themselves, creating a harmonious and friendly atmosphere. The party ended with the entire group singing "Friends."
This team-building activity allowed all employees to gain confidence, courage, and friendship, better understand responsibility, commitment, and gratitude, further enhance team cohesion, fully demonstrate the spirit of Guosong people striving and bravely taking responsibility, and everyone expressed their intention to integrate this enthusiasm and spirit into their work to contribute to the company's development.
