Unity and Strength — Tug of War
Tug of war is a sport with a long history, originating as early as the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods. Its academic name is "Hook and Pull." Explained by physics: it is a competition where opposing sides pull on a flexible medium similar to a tangential modulus rigid body, testing the core individuals and upper limb muscle groups of each team within certain boundary conditions over a period of time, focusing on the second moment of force origin. However, this is not important; what matters is that it is the simplest sport that can unite strength and test team cooperation.
The importance of team-building activities lies not in the result, but in the process of uniting, striving forward, and gaining happiness. We believe this event leaves everyone not only with joyful memories but also with the spirit of unity, hard work, and never giving up.
Sales Department Daily Morning Meeting
The best season of the year is spring, and the best time of the day is morning. Through morning meetings, we can comprehensively organize and control every person and every matter, improving employees' mental outlook, creating an organizational learning culture, establishing mutual inspection and supervision assessment mechanisms, focusing on the company's brand culture to guide corporate behavior, and enhancing core competitiveness.
The Value of Morning Meetings
1. Morning meetings can be used to explain new products, new methods, and new processes, improving employees' technical skills. They also serve to instill quality awareness and promote various company policies. This truly achieves continuous education from start to finish.
2. Morning meetings can promote sales and reach consensus. They are a medium for spreading corporate culture, cultivating good habits and behavioral concepts. Through morning meetings, work discipline, work ethics, and work habits can be promoted continuously, leading to ongoing improvement and ultimately enhancing the overall quality of the company's employees.
3. Morning meetings enable tracking and management, allowing for review, analysis, and correction of quality abnormalities. They provide opportunities to review past work, summarize experiences, and correct deficiencies. Additionally, morning meetings facilitate production scheduling, market feedback, and communication of superior instructions, helping employees better understand the company's policies, market operations, and their own work directions, thereby improving work efficiency.
