On the afternoon of July 24th, our company held a training course on "Team Execution" in the meeting room on the third floor. More than 40 employees participated in this training. We hope to enhance awareness of effective management and execution through the training, and achieve new development for both individuals and the company through practical actions.
The training course started from common practical problems accumulated by Teacher Xiao in enterprise management, analyzed execution, and introduced the concepts, principles, and methods of execution. It emphasized that the core of a company's management capability is "execution ability." No matter how good the strategy is, without good execution, it is all in vain. Execution is judged solely by the final result, while the process can be diversified.
Teacher Xiao delivered a wonderful internal training session through various forms such as theoretical analysis, case sharing, and on-site Q&A, concluding the course with a case discussion. Through the training, we hope to resonate with everyone on execution, deepen understanding of execution, improve management thinking, and ultimately stimulate employees' internal potential to enhance the company's team execution.
