On the afternoon of April 30th, our company's project-based training officially started, with the first lesson focusing on the topic "No Pain, No Gain." We specially invited Teacher Yang, Director of the Training Department at Haiyan Radio and TV University, to attend and teach. Our employees actively participated in this training.
At the meeting, Teacher Yang explained topics such as the new changes in employment in Haiyan and how work quality determines your quality of life through rich cases and easy-to-understand expressions. Employment difficulties in contemporary Haiyan are evident, with many companies gradually replacing manual labor with automated equipment, nearly half of small businesses shutting down, and numerous small shops affected, impacting employment for tens of thousands. Having a job is already good, having a good job is even harder. It also requires us to have a sense of responsibility, diligence, and a mission to strive for progress in our work.
Anyone with a sense of responsibility has a strong desire to do their job well. Only those who want to do things can actually do things and do them well; only by remembering responsibility can one talk about doing their best. A person's ability varies, but with a sense of responsibility, there will be a strong mission to overcome difficulties and fulfill duties, as well as motivation, initiative, and enthusiasm for diligent work. Those with strong abilities can do their work better, while those with relatively weaker abilities can continuously improve through practice and do their work better and better.
Knowing the meaning and responsibility of one's work and always maintaining a proactive work attitude, being accountable for one's actions, is the fundamental difference between those who achieve great things and those who just get by.
This training has greatly benefited us and left a deep impression. Understanding these principles and re-examining our work with this perspective means work no longer becomes a burden; even the most ordinary work becomes extraordinarily meaningful and brings a sense of happiness.
