On the morning of March 17, Haiyan TV interviewed our company and filmed the automation of our workshop equipment. Under the leadership of General Manager Gao and Production Department Supervisor Qin, they described the company's development history, the current corporate transformation and innovation, and then discussed the company's vision and mission.
Subsequently, Production Department Supervisor Qin led the Haiyan TV reporters and photographers to visit our production workshop. Upon entering the workshop, we saw that steps such as hooking, spring installation, inspection, and packaging, which previously required manual operation, have now been fully automated. "Through independently developed PLC programming, we have integrated data from various CNC machines onto one platform to achieve automated operation of the production line," said Supervisor Qin of the Production Department.
The improved automation equipment has increased production efficiency, but how to maximize its benefits has been a continuous exploration for our company. Hanger products follow clothing production, experiencing off-seasons and peak seasons. During peak production seasons, equipment may be insufficient, while in off-seasons some equipment may be idle. To address this, the company introduced an ERP enterprise resource management system a few years ago. Through MRP material analysis, it realizes enterprise management functions such as supply chain, logistics, and cost, scientifically allocates resources, optimizes operation modes, and improves business processes.
"With the help of years of ERP big data recording and analysis, we can now promptly improve decision-making and reasonably arrange production orders for off-peak and peak seasons, allowing production resources to maximize their advantages," said General Manager Gao.
In today's fierce competition, we must strengthen our own technological innovation, adopt various effective measures, enhance the construction of the company's own technological innovation, and continuously improve the internal technological innovation system. Technological innovation will undoubtedly play a huge driving role in our company's future development.
