In order to further improve the technical level of the company's mold workers, the company recently conducted multiple practical skill level training sessions for mold workers. A total of 13 employees participated in the training.
The training mainly focused on practical technical operations supplemented by theoretical face-to-face teaching, providing comprehensive training and guidance centered on mold worker operation processes, manufacturing, and technical standards. This training not only further enabled participants to master theoretical knowledge and operational skills but also improved their professional technical level and work ability, further promoting new skill enhancements among employees, standardizing operational procedures in production, consolidating professional knowledge, and laying a solid foundation for the company's development.
During the training, participants showed a high level of recognition for the program, unanimously stating that it greatly helped improve their operational skills and expressed hope that the company will continue to conduct such practical and highly useful technical training in the future.
