The company's safety officer explained and demonstrated to all employees how to use fire extinguishers, how to conduct on-site firefighting, and how to properly use fire extinguishers, emphasizing precautions during use, so that every employee possesses basic fire extinguishing skills.
This campaign promoted fire safety knowledge and further improved employees' fire safety awareness. Many employees expressed that in daily life and work, not only should they pay attention to fire prevention themselves, but also influence those around them by setting an example, so that more people raise their fire safety awareness.
At the same time, we increased publicity efforts by using various media such as bulletin boards and WeChat public accounts to truly establish a long-term effective publicity mechanism, striving to popularize fire safety knowledge among all employees and safeguard the company's safety and stability.
How to use a fire extinguisher:
1. First, lift the fire extinguisher handle with your hand, keeping the extinguisher in a horizontal and vertical position.
2. Shake the extinguisher body upside down several times to loosen the dry powder inside.
3. Then find the ring-shaped metal piece below the fire extinguisher handle and pull it out by hand.
4. Next, aim the extinguisher nozzle at the fire source from a distance of 3-5 meters. One hand should hold the front end of the nozzle to control the spray direction, while the other hand lifts the extinguisher handle.
5. Finally, press the extinguisher switch to spray the dry powder and extinguish the fire.
