In this training, Teacher Xiao from Haiyan Technical Training Center closely combined the company's actual situation and gave detailed explanations on several aspects including dedication to work, honesty and trustworthiness, teamwork, thriftiness, and compliance with laws and regulations. Teacher Xiao's course content was rich and easy to understand, using simple and practical explanations that greatly benefited the trainees. The participants listened attentively, took detailed notes, deeply understood the importance of strengthening professional ethics and improving their own quality, clearly recognized their responsibilities and obligations, strived to change their work style, maintained the company's image, and effectively promoted the sustainable and healthy development of the company's various tasks.
